The features of the products sold are available and can be accessed by searching the respective product name.

All prices mentioned in the products available through “by Mantis” include VAT of 13% or 24%. “by Mantis” reserves the right to change the prices of the services sold without prior notice.

Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes a distance sales contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. It constitutes a binding offer to purchase the services in question at the total price indicated when submitting the order, as it includes VAT, as well as any discounts to which you are entitled as a visitor/customer.

Those who are legally competent according to the articles of the Greek Civil Code can place a valid order through the e-shop.

That is, those who have completed the eighteenth year of their age and do not have judicial support in terms of entering into a contract of sale.

Your order is completed upon its acceptance by “by Mantis” by sending an email to your email address. In case you do not receive a confirmation message of your order, please contact “by Mantis” at the address info@bymantis.gr in order to request the successful completion of the submission of your order.

For any cancellation or change of the order (in whole or in part) you should send an email to info@bymantis.gr, or call +30 2381051505. This possibility is given to you, strictly, for two hours after placing the order. After this point it is not possible to cancel and you can now return and change your order once you have received it..

The customer will bear all bank transaction fees.

As soon as you make the deposit, you must definitely inform us by calling us at +30 2381051505 or by sending us an e-mail (info@bymantis.gr).

The deposit must be made within two (2) working days from the day of the order. If the corresponding amount is not deposited within this period, your order will be cancelled.

By choosing to pay with your credit or debit card, you will be taken to Viva Wallet’s Pay Center service, which offers you the most secure way of paying with your card. No personal information (including your card details) is stored in “by Mantis”.

By choosing to pay via Paypal you will be transferred to the world-renowned website for the security of its transactions. You can pay either without an account using your credit/debit card or through your Paypal account. No personal information (including your card details) is stored in “by Mantis”.

Payment for the order is made upon delivery of the product(s). It is only valid for shipments within Greece and the additional cost amounts to €2.00. Payment is made upon receipt of your parcel by the courier company we work with.
In case of refusal to receive the order, it will not be possible to pay by cash on delivery in a subsequent order.

“by Mantis” reserves the right to renew and modify the conditions, which will be effective from the date of posting in the online store.

The present conditions are compatible with the applicable Greek law while the users recognize the right of the company to change provisions of the conditions.
