Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days and delivery is made according to the timetable given by Elta Courier (details in the table below).

Orders are not dispatched / processed and delivered on Saturdays & Sundays and holidays.

For orders over €35 shipping and up to 5 kg is FREE

For each additional kilo, the charge is €1.24 for each additional kilo

For shipping to Cyprus and other countries abroad, contact the store for shipping costs and delivery times.

Upon completion of your order, you will be automatically sent an email informing you of its registration, in which all the details of your order will be listed.

You can follow the progress of your package through our site simply by logging in to MY ACCOUNT and clicking view on your respective order.

We inform our customers that in case an order is denied upon receiving, subsequent orders must be made exclusively by using a debit/credit card. If any of the following orders have cash on delivery as payment method, they will be canceled immediately without notice.
